We believe talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn't. OnlyKrida exists to fix that — one athlete at a time.
Scouting in India runs on personal networks and proximity to a handful of cities. Most athletes will never be seen by a scout — not because they lack talent, but because there is no record of their ability anyone can search.
We're not building another social media app. We're building infrastructure for Indian sports talent. A pipeline from dusty grounds to professional contracts.
“I played on the same dusty grounds. The problem was never talent — it was that nobody was measuring, and nobody was looking.”
Scouting in India runs on personal networks and proximity to a handful of cities. If you are a sixteen-year-old winger in a district town, the pipeline simply does not reach you. No amount of training fixes that, because the problem is not your ability. It is that there is no record of it anyone can search.
OnlyKrida is an attempt at a different route: standardised tests, results scored against your age band, and a profile a scout can actually filter for. Evidence instead of introductions.
Not a list of dates. A description of what has to become true.
Talent is invisible until it is measured. A standardised, comparable result — recorded the same way in a district town as in a city academy — is the thing that turns "he's quick" into something a scout can act on.
Anyone can type a number into an app. The difference between a self-entered result and one a coach witnessed has to be visible, honest, and worth earning — otherwise the whole record is noise.
Today it runs on personal networks and proximity to a handful of cities. When scouts can filter by sport, position, city and verified results, the pipeline reaches players it structurally never could before.
Not disintermediated — equipped. The people already running sessions are the ones who can verify results at scale, and they should get the credit and the tools for it.
Indian grounds, Indian age groups, Indian constraints. One phone, one ground, no equipment budget. Tools designed elsewhere assume conditions that do not exist for most players in this country.
A large share of the athletes who need this most are under eighteen. Consent, privacy and safety are not features to add later — they decide whether this deserves to exist at all.
We are in early access, starting with athletes in Hyderabad and the coaches who train them. Everything above is the direction, not a promise of dates.
