1. About OnlyKrida

OnlyKrida is a sports talent discovery platform that connects athletes with scouts, coaches, teams, and opportunities. We use AI-powered tools to help athletes get discovered and help scouts find talent.

2. Eligibility

To use OnlyKrida, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent to use the platform, in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not have been previously banned from the platform

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date
• Maintaining only one account per person

Notify us immediately at support@onlykrida.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or content promoting violence
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or credentials
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content
• Upload illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on OnlyKrida, including photos, videos, text, and profile information. By posting content, you grant OnlyKrida a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and related marketing materials.

You are solely responsible for all content you post. OnlyKrida may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines without prior notice.

6. AI-Powered Features

OnlyKrida uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to provide features including scouting recommendations, profile coaching tips, opportunity matching, and an in-app AI assistant.

• AI-generated recommendations and advice are advisory only and should not be treated as professional sports, medical, or career advice
• OnlyKrida is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations
• AI features may analyze your profile data, fitness test results, and activity to generate personalized suggestions

7. Messaging

OnlyKrida provides direct and group messaging features. When using messaging, you must:

• Not send abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, or inappropriate messages
• Not solicit personal information, financial details, or passwords from other users
• Respect other users' boundaries and right to not respond

OnlyKrida may monitor messages for safety purposes, particularly to protect minor users.

8. Opportunities

OnlyKrida serves as a platform connecting athletes with trials, scholarships, tournaments, and sponsorship opportunities posted by teams, academies, and organizations. OnlyKrida does not guarantee the legitimacy, outcome, or success of any opportunity listed. Users should exercise their own judgment when applying to or participating in opportunities.

9. Fitness Testing

OnlyKrida provides AI-assisted fitness testing features (beep test, sprint test, agility test, vertical jump). These tests provide estimates and should not be considered medical assessments. Consult a medical professional before undertaking strenuous physical activity.

10. Intellectual Property

The OnlyKrida name, logo, platform design, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of OnlyKrida. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

11. Termination

OnlyKrida reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting privacy@onlykrida.com.

12. Limitation of Liability

OnlyKrida is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyKrida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of OnlyKrida shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use of OnlyKrida after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
